Information you provide and the site processes
Most personal information enters the system when you create an account, configure or submit a quote, place items in a cart, submit an order, or contact the team.
Quote data
Contact details, selected process and material, quantity, notes, file names, calculated model geometry, and pricing configuration submitted through the quote workflow.
Contact data
Name, email, company, phone number when provided, subject, and the message sent through the contact form.
Technical data
Standard request, device, network, security, and form-abuse signals that hosting, authentication, and reCAPTCHA providers may process when delivering the site.

The current site does not load optional advertising or analytics trackers and does not offer a marketing-email signup.

Service providers and disclosure
The website relies on service providers to perform specific functions: Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication and application data, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Google reCAPTCHA for form-abuse prevention. Those providers process information under their own terms and instructions. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service, or complete an authorized business transaction.
Apis Dynamics does not sell website visitor or customer personal information for advertising.

Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can differ by record type; this notice does not claim fixed periods that the application does not enforce.
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections and access-controlled application services. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive manufacturing or personal information should be shared only through an agreed channel.

You can review customer account information from the account area and can ask Apis Dynamics to correct or delete information, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. Privacy rights vary by location; requests will be handled according to applicable requirements.
