A signed-in customer can keep configured parts in the cart and submit the request from the account workflow. You can still prepare a quote configuration first and sign in when you are ready to save or continue it.

Achievable results depend on process, part size, geometry, orientation, material, and the specific feature. Identify critical dimensions, fits, mating parts, and functional limits in your request so they can be reviewed before production rather than relying on a single site-wide tolerance number.

Include the dimensions, acceptance criteria, reference files, and documentation your program needs when you contact the team. Inspection scope is reviewed with the job; no specialized report or measurement method should be assumed unless it is included in the confirmed requirement.

Configured PA12 Black parts can be quoted with the standard raw depowdered surface or sandblasting. If the part needs another finish, color treatment, inserts, or downstream operation, send those requirements for review instead of assuming they are included.

Timing depends on process, material, quantity, finish, review needs, and current capacity. The quote catalog may show a planning baseline, but the working schedule is confirmed after the submitted part and requirements are reviewed.

Include the required delivery date and the reason it matters in the quote notes or contact message. The team can evaluate capacity and options against the actual job, but an expedited schedule is not guaranteed by the online form.

The online calculation includes an estimated shipping line based on the configured parts. Destination, final packing, and any unusual delivery requirements are reviewed with the request before the order path is confirmed.

The online geometry analysis accepts STL files and can load multiple STL parts into one configuration. For other CAD formats or requirements that cannot be represented by an STL alone, email the team or begin with the contact form to arrange the right handoff.
